CA Narendra Jain is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 20 years of experience in taxation, GST, FEMA, and financial advisory. A qualified Chartered Accountant since 2004 and FEMA Certified Professional from ICAI, he brings deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
Since 2004, he has been in independent practice, advising corporates, SMEs, trusts, NGOs, and NRI clients on taxation, compliance, audits, and strategic financial matters. His approach is practical, solution-driven, and aligned with real business needs.
His expertise spans accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance. He specializes in NRI taxation, FEMA advisory, and cross-border transactions, enabling efficient global financial management.
Prior to practice, he worked with L&T Infotech Limited as a Finance Consultant, handling assignments for reputed organizations including KEC International Ltd. and international projects such as DCP, Denver (USA).
He has strong exposure to ERP systems including JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), enabling seamless integration of finance and technology.
He has also served in the NBFC sector as Finance Manager and Compliance Officer, managing financial operations, regulatory compliance, and reporting—bringing strong governance and risk management expertise.
Earlier in his career, he handled statutory audits, tax audits, bank audits, and audits of trusts, NGOs, and large entities. Known for integrity, analytical depth, and a client-centric approach, he has built long-standing professional relationships based on trust and consistent value delivery.
